What This Machine Does
The double-layer visual inspection machine inspects flat rubber parts on two levels, raising throughput for O-rings, flat washers and other flat parts from 6 to 45 mm.
Key Specifications
Six to eight cameras cover appearance and dimensions on an 800 mm turntable; repeatability is +/- 0.02 mm with 500-2000 pieces per minute throughput depending on product size and feeding.
Customization
The rack is standard or customizable, and the glass turntable can be enlarged for special cases.
