What This Machine Does
The HZXX-JC04 extrusion inspection machine detects micro defects precisely and identifies latent cracks that only appear under compression, while adapting to rubber material characteristics without damaging the workpiece.
Key Specifications
It uses 4-15 cameras for full appearance, dimension and compression inspection, with a customizable frame and custom compression plates for products from 8 to 35 mm.
Dimensional checks cover ID, OD and wire diameter with optional thickness; visual checks cover cracks, bubbles, foreign matter, scratches, breakage, burrs and flow marks.
Repeatability is +/- 0.01 mm and throughput is 20-100 pieces per minute depending on product size.
